Tiger Woods Daily Schedule – 12 Hour Routine

Tiger Woods Daily ScheduleHere is Tiger Woods daily schedule, given by Tiger Woods the man himself. It astonishes me how dedicated he is not only to his craft but in other aspects of his life as well. His hard work and perseverance clearly translated into his major success as a professional golfer. We’ve showed you the success advice from Tiger Woods.. Now we show you what it takes to be at the top of your game, whether that’s in golf or in life. Enjoy~

Tiger Woods Daily Schedule

1 | 6:30 a.m. – One hour of cardio. Choice between endurance runs, sprints or biking.

Morning runs allows Tiger Woods to focus on his goals and to start the day off in the right direction. While others are sleeping, Tiger is already working.

2 | 7:30 a.m. – One hour of lower weight training. 60-70 percent of normal lifting weight, high reps and multiple sets.

Weight lifting teaches you many important values and principles surely to help guide you in life. On top of that, Tiger Woods showed everyone the importance of staying athletically fit even in the world of golf.

3 | 8:30 a.m. – High protein/low-fat breakfast. Typically includes egg-white omelet with vegetables.

Tiger Woods is known for keeping a strict, well maintained healthy diet. It is important to keep a successful mindset in whatever it is you are doing. Don’t slack off even for a minute.

4 | 9:00 a.m. – Two hours on the golf course. Hit on the range and work on swing.

Practice never makes perfect but it makes you damn close I’d say. Even when Tiger Woods is at the top of his game, he knows that it’s very easy to go downhill once you’re at the top. Train hard to constantly refine your skills.

5 | 11:00 a.m. – Practice putting for 30 minutes to an hour.

Don’t run away from things deemed difficult. Train your weakest link so that it will become your strongest link, and soon you’ll have no holes in your game.

6 | 12:00 p.m. – Play nine holes

You must simulate the actual thing you have been training for because practice alone will not get you to the top. You may be a great golfer in the driving range but it means absolutely nothing if that talent and skill is not transferable when playing in the actual course.

7 | 1:30 p.m. – High protein/low-fat lunch. Typically includes grilled chicken or fish, salad and vegetables.

It’s important to execute things in an intelligent manner because that’s what gives someone the cutting edge over their competitors.

8 | 2:00 p.m. – Three-to-four hours on the golf course. Work on swing, short game and occasionally play another nine holes.

Nothing can beat hard work and dedication. You can never practice too much in one day, and Tiger Woods is the proof of that. Remember, there is always something more you can do.

9 | 6:30 p.m. – 30 minutes of upper weight training. High reps.

Rather than calling it quits, Tiger Woods decides to keep a positive and successful mindset, and to finish his day with another workout in the gym. Once you are set on a path, you must not stop, period.

10 | 7:00 p.m. – Dinner and rest.

After a long successful day, Tiger Woods can finally rest in the glorious victory of his own achievements. There is no better feeling than to relax knowing you did everything you possibly could that day.

So that is Tiger Woods daily schedule in a nutshell. Nothing too complicated to understand. Just a lot of hard work and dedication day in and day out. If you want to pursue a dream, you MUST be willing to work as hard as this man does.

“A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.”
~ Colin Powell
